joe27979 Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2011 #1 hey all the hose out of my intercooler on my 2003 TD4 that goes into top manifold then onto egr is chafing. the hose (on front left of engine) is chaffing against the manifold screw. I've got a new hose but wondered best solution to stop it rubbing?

D davie garden New Member Mar 18, 2011 #3 Use cable ties and pull it free of the area that's causing the damage, i.e. tie it onto the car body somewhere.
