Hey folks,

Makin progress sorting the niggles out on the P38, crank sensor issue sorted for now (ish).

I noticed on the faultmate that the intake air temp sensor is reading very low, between -5 and 0 deg C rising to something more realistic after quite a while. Have tried electrical cleaner but no change.

Can see from rave that it's a Lucas 10TT sensor but can't seem to find an online supplier (rimmerbros, lrseries etc).
Island do the sensor for a 2.5 doozel (part number STC2302) but not a GEMS 4.6 ...looks different from mine though as well.

Was hoping someone might have a part number or a link for an online supplier?

Just waiting for local landy dealer to locate the part number so they can tell me how much it is to replace...how many figures we guessing?

Almost into triple figures, not surprising really lol...£75+vat.

Part number is ERR2946, guess it's time to search the breakers!

About 15/- in old money plus £75.00 for the plastic bag with Land Rover printed on it plus VAT.
