Shot in the dark here but has anyone got any idea what insurance company (If any) would take on insuring a Bowler Wildcat? I can just imagin when speeking to the assistant at Direct Line.... "Does the vehicle have any modifications sir? mmmmmmm well yes.... a few" And this isn't just for the sake of interest as my colegue has just purchaced one:eek: Other than the current lack of insurance it is a uk road registered mot'ed road going vehicle.

have look on kit car sites or mags i know a biker mate of mine found insurance for a chopper he built out of one
Iam not jelouse

Kit car companys didn't even cross my mind... Fantastic. Paul arnt Nfu a run of the mill "Ive got a standard mondeo" kind of company?

I know its built like it from new and not a standard factory vehicle thats been modified but it aint going to be listed on a standard car insurance data base as they are all bespoke built for the purchacer to different specs.

it may be but unlikely more specilist
saying that wot about these quads you see on the road !!
