just applied for insurance from a company called quinn direct, and they wont insure me because the defender is a "high performance vehicle", what a joke.
she just laughed at me when i told her it struggles to get over 90 lol

such a joke, what joy a day of ringing around insurance companies :)

we were with them, but they want 3k for me so told them to shove it :)
just been quoted by RAC for 1600 on my own insurance full comp

How old are you then flash ? ------------

£119 tpft for me :) - i am slightly older than you but not much :)

Well just to make you feel crap, been onto Sureterm myself today as mines up next month, and fully comp, with breakdown cover, paying by direct debit, just over £480.
Would have been about £100 cheaper if Id been able to pay up front.
Lancaster and Adrian Flux have come back with stupid quotes, over 2 grand from Lancaster for some unknown reason!

Still gonna ring round a few more, but think Ill be going with Sureterm this time round like.
