BigDons Member Jun 16, 2011 #1 Hi Guys, I have an over fueling prob at the moment. I looked at the injector codes on the hawkeye and got the following. NMNBC LBGHA NDBGA NCNCA NCBLA My question is, .. should they all start " N " ? As I found it odd the LBGH coide there ? Cheers, Dons x

50 pence New Member Jun 16, 2011 #2 There just tolerance referance numbers. Mine start with 3 "N",s, 1 "L", and a "B" !. Have you got black smoke on accelaration ?. Del.

50 pence New Member Jun 16, 2011 #4 May not be overfuelling, but lack of air flow !. Things to check are, air filter, turbo hoses, ( delamination causing restriction ), air flow meter, ( unplug it, take the car for a blast and see if its any different ) and the EGR valve. Have you got any faults logged ?. Del.

BigDons Member Jun 16, 2011 #5 I've just renewed the MAF sensor, Wastegae Modulator, Intercooler, All Turbo hoses to silicone, Fuel Regulator, EGR Blanked, ECU cleaned, Head Gasket. No fault codes apart from EGR blanked. Now at my wits end.

Has it been re-mapped ? How well does it go ?. Whats it like on fuel ?. What are your air flow and pressure figures at full throttle ?. Del.

Air flow and pressures were within normal range acording to another thread., I'll have to look for me bit of paper again.. hold on. Was using fuel a bit under load, but seems ok at the moment.

50 pence New Member Jun 17, 2011 #12 Could be your turbo, as, when I floor mine I get the figures I quoted above. Do a bit of googling and I,m sure you,ll find that your figures are too low. ( to clarify. my figures are when foot is flat to the floor between 2000 and 3000 rpm ). Del.
