Hi, has anyone by-passed the factory fitted immobiliser? I'm by-passing it at the moment with a wire from the battery to the starter motor solenoid, if I turn the ignition on, engine will start and run. I can then turn it off with the key but not restart it with the key. I have traced the red and white wire from the solenoid back to a relay, put a new relay in, followed the wire from there which is brown. this goes to the ignition switch. Any ideas. Thanks

mate wrong section and a bit to much info on an open forum to many go missing with out help

It all depends what land rover ya got.
I'm gonna guess 300tdi Discovery and tell you to search for 'alarm spider'.
