Hi. Just swapped all wiring looms and dash into another body and chassis. Started up first time but now immobiliser wont come off and key fob wont work?
Then central locking lock and unlocks itself constantly

any idea what could be wrong

Did you swap the BCU, interior fusebox and ECU too ?

Yes im sure i swapped everything. Noticed central locking locking and unlocking itself and then wont start afterwards like its shutting it self down.

Won't start how? it doesnt crank? ... change the RF receiver anyway to be ruled out

No crank or anything. I think ive found my issue of a faulty door latch on the rear shutting out the central locking of the car. Ill see tomorrow

I doubt that a rear door latch can stop the fobs to work

It seemed to be confusing the central locking and stopping it working. As soon as i unplugged the door it started working again. Maybe it reset the module or something. Ill have another look in the morning

I just had a bit of a problem with immobiliser. Fault Code p1df5. Car immobiliser wouldn't deactivate.

Disconnected battery. Put headlights on to drain remaining power to computer.
Waited 5 minuts. Reconnected. Waited 5 minuts and then all was good.

Essentially rebooted computer to factory settings.
Worked for me. Could be worth a go.
