over priced

Much so.

Just getting a bit ticked off in my hunt for a decent 110. 2 I've seen have gone before I could get in there, 1 was a complete dog, and another one was listed at £4000 for an S plate TDi van, and when I got there he told me it was plus VAT. Why not state that in the f***ing advert then rather than telling me after a 40 mile trip!

It wouldn't surprise me.

The annoying thing is, whilst the money wasn't there, I seen loads of 110's I'd have bought in a flash for less than 4k. Now I have £6k to spend if I so wish and either can't find one, or can't get it for the right price before some bugger else

Lots of extras but what is the bulkhead & chassis like and I wonder what their definition of refurbished is ?
143K miles isn't the end of the world and if it really has been well maintained then it should have some life left in it but it is no spring chicken and priced right at the top end of the market. Take away the lights, winch, chequer plate and the rest of the add-ons etc and what is the vehicle like underneath?

It looks bloody awful and it doesn't even have much on it. Lights and a winch are all I see.

Looks like the doors were all ****, so he bought some used black ones and could not be arsed to paint them.

I'd agree with that. He put new doors on the wrong colour and then decided to get a brush and go around the outline of the back etc to make it look like it was done on purpose.

Looks like he forgot to paint the rivets on the left hand side on the back though :D. The ones on the right hand side are all black but the left ones are silver. Seems a bit odd to me.

Also. Why do the wings chequered plate have holes where the original fixings were and bright red/orange rivets beside them?

I thought there was supposed to be a drop in the price of these what with any around this age inside the M25 needing to be got rid of or pay £100 a day from next Jan thanks to the new emission zone?
I imagine there will be a few kitted up ones hitting the market before the end of the year.
