I'm leaking diesel its coming from the front on to the block, I'm thinking it could be the leak off pipes (doubtful not long replaced them less than a year old I think) or one of the injectors at the front (#4 is at the backish) so I hope its not #4 I was hoping, but I dont think you can, can you anneal the washer on the injector? so it will fit again, and if its not that anyway, any thoughts before I do it what it could be other than the things I just said? I have to wait for some stuff to come before I look anyway, I have the manifold gaskets waiting for 2m of leak off pipe to come before I take it off and look anyway

One thing is for certain it will not be leaking diesel past the injector seal washer. A bit of combustion gas maybe, but not diesel. If any of the injector wells are full of diesel it is more likely to be spill pipes. But number four injector is known to leak from around plastic electrical unit.

I know #4 is always suspect but its more forwards that that, and like I say it was new put in not too long ago, so I'm hoping it is a leak off pipe, be nice if it was simple and cheap for once

I just went out to sort the leak out, took the turbo pipe off and the air intake etc. pulled the 2 panel's off, had a good look and I could see it was weeping at the bottom of the injector at the font (2nd injector) I just touched the leak off pipe and it broke, then I picked the broken end up with 2 fingers, and it snapped on the other injector, it was rock hard and brittle, it was a bugger getting all the ends out as they were so hard, but I did it and its all fine now, you always think yourself lucky when it only costs you a few ££ and you think it could have been worse like an injector, anyway it done and sorted

What kind of tubing did you use if lasted less than a year:confused:

I think I got it from Vauxhall dealership just down the road from me, got 2m of this stuff this time eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace this guy is not far from me, and its a good price as well, when I took the old pipe off tbh it didn't look to be the right diameter it looked slightly smaller than the one I just put in, makes you think if its the correct pipe they sold me in the first place wrong dims and brittle after a year??
