Hi Chrissie and welcome to the forum! I had a similar problem with my Twingo; I either couldn't get in or out. I seem to remember it had uncoded itself; I eventually got my pimp-my-car friend to sort it out for me so I'm afraid I can't be of much help except offer support. What if you open the window and open the door from the outside (temporarily)?
