Cheers
I've done the engine just got the rest to do, not sure what I'm doing but gonna try and figure it out this weekend
Hi biker
start with doing one unit at a time and undo the filler plugs first before undoing the drain plugs as if you can't undo the filler plugs you won't be able to fill the unit up with oil and make sure the car is on flat ground before you start
gearbox
1, drain plug is on the under side of the g/box
2, filler plug is on the left hand side of the g/box about 1/4 the way up the g/box ( 1/2" square plug )
3, with the filler plug removed fill the g/box till the oil comes out from the filler plug hole and let the excess oil drain off before you refit the filler plug.
transfer box
1, drain plug on the under side of the transfer box on the transfer box sump.
2, the filler plug is at the back of the transfer box near to the hand brake drum ( small square plug )
3, again with the filler plug removed fill the transfer box up till the oil comes out of the filler plug hole and again let the excess oil drain off before you refit the filler plug.
axles
1, drain plug under each diff ( big round plug with a slot in it )
2, depending what diffs you have some diff fill from the front ( 1/2" square plug ) and some fill from the rear but on left hand side ( looking at the diff from the propshaft end normally a 3/4 spanner will do but can differ )
3, again with the filler plug removed fill the diff up till the oil comes out from the filler plug and let the excess oil drain out before refitting the filler plug.
overdrive ( if fitted )
1, drain plug on the under side of the overdrive unit.
2, filler plug on the top of the overdrive unit ( inc dipstick )
3, make sure the filler plug undoes first.
4, fill the overdrive till it reaches the full level on the dipstick / filler plug.
job done and good luck
