I'm a bit confoosed if you'd been working away all week and were trying to get home at 02:00 on the Sunday morning. then how did your Girlfriend reach you If she was surrounded by flood water. I'm assuming that if you couldn't get in then she couldn't get out. and yet she was in your car at 02:00 on the sunday morning.

you see, the thing is, in the first post there was never any mention of being away all week, there was never any mention of having to sleep on a sofa cos yer couldnt get home . but then in post 5 or what ever number it was, after a bit of cross examination from the lz jury, you suddenly happened to have been away all week.maybe its a good job they let you off cos there are more holes in your confusing back pedalling story that i get the impression you struggle to lie straight in bed

I live in one town and my girlfriend lives in the other
Mine was basically in the middle of a bowl once you were in on that friday you couldnt get out till monday
Her house was reachable by friday and mine wasnt cos mine is on the other side or the middle
Was trying to gain access to mine as I was off again early monday morning again, I needed clean clothes for the coming week.

Like I said I couldnt write all the situation otherwise it would have been too long to read and write.
The story has always been the same and those were irrelavant if it got to court, hence why I didnt bother with them.
As people asked I answered.
I knew my Mitigation would have meant nothing to them nor yourselves and it would have made no difference in the way it would have come out of court.
The second sentence by the officer was based on assumption and fabrication and that would have been on what was on trial....

I suppose if you just part read the thread you'd get lost and would find it difficult to understand .
I thought preparing to go to court was hard enough but The LZ jury seem to be proving a lot more difficult.
I think some are very much of never cross the line, never do againts the law type of peps and some us take chances and nver get caught and some take chances and get caught.
Ive have taken chances and got caught a couple of times and I took the rap but the sentence I got could have been reduced under technicalities which is something I learned the hard way.

HAHA! Seems the title of the fred was brought about through an epiphinacial (Wow, what a good word i just invented!) moment of unexpected foresight - albeit a day out - but seems the CPS ain't got nothing on the LandyZone prosecution service! Might offer the LZPS up for the job next time the cops put the tender out for the CPS!

When I was asked I answered the questions

Also some accused and assumed that I was doing things that I wasnt so I merely pointing them out.

benn reading this fred and and in all likely hood the case was dropped due to it being a waste of time and our money for something relatively minor
not an addmission of innoccence
if youlld been in scotland once chargered or in contest of a fixed penalty you must go before a judge even for charges to be dropped
by your own addmission you where there to see flood levels
police have an often thankless job which isnt made any easier rescuing rubberneckers
you asked for trouble and got it
be glad you got of and get of the high horse you havnt been vindicated you where just lucky

the lz jury are one of the best in the world mate..the reason for that is there is some very very inteligent people on here(and some dimwits..lo daft
..only joking mate )..but these inteligent people read your posts and then question on what you yourself posted, this is like a cross examination in court would be, and your back peddling change of light and inconsistency in your replys was picked up and used against you in the next questions posed(again as would happen in court).as for most on here not waivering while following the law, dont kid yourself everyone on here will have broke or bent some law at one time..albeit minor..
now congratulation's on cps contacting you to say there will be no case against you one day before you was to appere in court, thou i have never known the cps to contact someone direct only by letter and its useually 4 weeks prior to the case's hearing date to formally give intended notice of dismisal..flyte case's(short notice case's) are normally cancled in the court on the date of hereing(you find out when you hand yourself into the warrent's officer in charge on that day)..but yeh congratulations mate.
