Again the officer didnt write the full sentence I had said to him Im looking at the floods to see whether I can go home now as i have not been home at all since i started work on monday on that week .

You know whats its like you been away all week and you wanna get home and get fresh clothes !!

He was park at the bottom of the street and the closed sign was at the top theres a about half a mile difference and in a city centre

By the time I got to him he was park stationary infront of me for a while and he had the blues on

so no he wouldnt have seen me at all

a foot plod might have seen yer and radioed ahead. the possibilites are endless. if yer guilty, pay up

I wasnt wading sirus at all I was trying to get home


The thing is to get to my abode theres are three ways from worcester

Down the m5 to j8 and come back through tewksbury
M% was shut due to the flood

the other was via Bromyard and there was a landslide so no can do there

The other was through worcester then towards powick which was shut

So yeah I was f**kd in trying to get home as all areas were closed and to be fair impassable and at two am in the morning I wasnt going to risk night wading !!

If you look at Bridge street near the a44 sign before the river crossing
On that junction he was stationary there not driving anywhere

And follow that road to deansway and near the a44 sign by the college street on that roundabout was where the road closed sign was

There was no one around as it was 2am in the morning !!
 
i have a freind who has been banned once or twice (5 times 7 bans in total):D
he reckons if you can take the 3 points then take em if it means a ban an you dont want that set a price on the retention of yer brief and instruct a lawyer asap an if yer set yer licence price high enough yer can string it out long enough to make it not in the public interest to pursue case dropped :D
cost ma mate £2600 last time got case dismissed on 105mph on m6 and in a td5 90 bog standard was at 4am on a sunday thiugh feckin speed cops out at that time o night
so advice take the rap or part wi some serious green unless yer on low income the its the legal aid gravey train;)

Ive had points before and totted up

due to not following it i got what I got a simple example
I was speeding in a 60 did a vascar on me average 68 I think and then the cops stopped me in a thirty so yeap twice over the speed limit and yea i got six points I put my hands up to that. The way the officer reported and it sounded worse that it was. I was not speeding in the 30 zone but I was in the 60 but because it was they way he did it i got banned
 
reckon they stopped yer cos ye was in a disco if yer where in a 90 or a 110 or even aseries theyd a thought ye rhad a reason fer being there but disco plod thinks aye up 4x4 nut out fer fun
after all how many hours had he been working fer in the floods might have had a few folk up to look it the floods:confused: ffs thats wit sky news is fer:p

It might be class as I was 4x4,

If I had been in a mini would he have stated the same the later part of his statement..

I know that a lot of the plod had done over time the Police officer on Tewksbury I had spoken to half hour before had been on over 12 hours and one couldnt even get to his station
