When I turn the ignition on in my disco there is a buzzing from underneath the bonnet, could someone tell me what this is please and is it normal?

if yours is edc its normal,if isnt you probably have relay buzzing

How do I know if its EDC?

rear most injector will have a wire to it ,you will have air flow sensor near air filter

there is a black wire to the fourth injector, im pretty sure its edc but im unsure what im looking for with the air flow sensor

its edc so noise is normal ,with engine off ignition on

the injector with wire is only fitted to edc

Dont suppose ya know anything about changing glow plugs do you?

soak plug as much as you can with penertrating spray,wire holding nut is 7mm socket ,heater plug is 10mm long reach socket ,if youve got aircon undo 4 bolts holding compressor and move out the way dont need to undo pipes ,careful you dont shear plug in half ,although 300s normally dont,if your unsure about one undoing try with engine hot ,shouldnt really need glow plugs on 300 unless really cold ,you can test them with jump leads when out of head by putting earth lead on plug spanner flats and touching positive lead on end were wire fastens if working they should glow red quite quickly
