Hi there fellow defender lovers.
I'm unsure as which forum to post this in.
So I've managed to get hold of this defender90 from a friend,
it's a military defender, on an Hreg 1990, I'm not sure this is the true registration date.
With weird lighting switch,
Rear diff is painted white with a lamp
That noisy smelly lump of a 2.5n/a engine
And loving the lack of PAS!
All pretty normal you may say.
Until you look at the rear tub.....
There are some slide blots and hinges allowing the sides to drop down???
I seem to remember being told it served in Northern Ireland.
And seeing a similar one for sale on eBay a few years back saying that it was unusual and the drop down sides where used to STACK one landi on top of another.
If anyone has some kind of idea on this the knowledge would be greatly appreciated. To identify this piece of history.
