I've got a lappy, webcam, digital cam that works as a webcam - just no inverter

A normal camera used as a webcam will always be better quality - most can be used that way.

Biggest problem might be fixing the camera to something.

Have you got one ????

My digital camera will do, but it doesn't record long on my 2GB card.

Easiest would be to buy a couple more SD cards....Hmmmm!
