Should have used kinetic lifting when handling yer giant sacks of hazel nuts. Bend yer knees, keep yer back straight, and lift with yer leg muscles.

Eye has hadda bit of flu. Coffin, cold, temperature and shivers. Woke up yesdi to find me shoulder urtin. Musta lay funny int nite.

Tis no joke. Struggled to lift it out ma ippo. Gorrit wiv me good arm on me good shoulder. If eye'd left it outside it be ravaged.

Just seen me fox frew the window. He set me security light oft. Young and fin. Was looking round me nut feeding area. Not sure if they eat nuts.
