Bin a busy coupla days, in some ways.
Have had to plumb in a noo sink in the upstairs bathroom as W now needs one nearer the loo, "stomie oblige". As the frogs would say.
The basin has been sitting on its unit for years awaiting me finishing the blessed shower in this flipping room, W has been using the basin which has mirror and stuff at her height, tother is for me once we get all of it finished. Went to find the bottle trap, found the packet and in there was the washer that sits on the top fitting, or was in the horizontal waste pipe? No matter, plumbed it in, tested it, bottle trap leaked. Opened it to find no big washer in it. Grrr! Obvs not one in the packet, (this stuff is all about 10 years old mind!)
So, had to faff about trying to find one in my "stock". Found one that very nearly fit but wouldn't do, ended up making one from an old wheel-barrow inner tube. Seems to be holding although obvs thinner that the one that should be there. CBA to go down the mountain just to try and by a mixed pack of seals none of which would fit knowing my luck!
So W is happier!
Now have to look at mending the poly tunnel where along one side tanalised wood has rotted away thus leaving the bottom edge of the poly stuff waving in the breeze.
What is the chance that I'll find the sizes I need impossible to find? Might have to improvise some sort of way of making long cuts in timber. Not having a bandsaw here, The sizes will be too narrow to easily use a circular saw on.
At least the wind has dropped.
And it has been very sunny indeed. W been busy planting up the tunnel and we now have the chooks on order.

Evenin peeps. I is a perplexed trifle and hope someone can help.
Took the granddottir out on me motybike recently and a rear indicator was accidentally kicked oft.
Ordered four new indicators oft net an fitted em today. Trouble is they'll flash once normally then front an back go mental as if a lamp was missing, but it int. 12v/21w just like the ones I took oft.
Any ideas?

Is the W doing all the Manuel lifting if so you definitely need help as the situation has chargedMorning All.
Another good looking/feeling day here.
Her cousin (a Merkin) arrives today to stay for "a while".
The old gal is getting worse. She was unable to get out of bed unaided yesterday.
This is a key moment because if you cannot get out of bed and you need a P or a Pooh, what happens?
Wifey is being dragged down by all the cleaning up etc. etc.

Is it black fly if so you can just blast them of with water if not, in 1lt of water 1 drop of washing up liquid and 1 tsp of vegetable oil shaken up and spray all over under leafs all so

They seem to be light blue in colour. Web ses they is aphids. But mine are just baby ones 2mm long at the moment. Dun't see to be moving. Going out inner bit to spray them again. Little *******s.

Are thay in clusters on the new growth if so black fly some times thay look light in colour don't spray in direct Sun light will burn the plants

Went to the builders yard this morning to see if they had the timber I needed. (yup) so went to get the tipper out the yard
