She's only been run for about 3-5 mins since I put her back together and the engines back on the lift ready to pull again... am I better looking for another transmission now and putting it down to an expensive lesson learnt or should I pull her out refit amd align the tc correctly put her back together and prey and hope? Update:- so I've pulled the engine reseated the torque converter to where it's supposed to be.... and the realised the flex plate is warped might this warping of saved the transmission as now I've got the tc seated properly on the transmission it feels right for want of a better way to explain....fit a new flex plate dropped the engine back in and it mated up with the box a dream quick brew now n time to rebuild fingers crossed the old girl will run and drive too this afternoon
