OK, sold the V8 90 to a good home (just around the corner from me) and I will still get to tinker/service it in exchange for beer
However, I have been told of a really nice hybrid project just around the corner from me which I'm going to have a look at this weekend.
Tax Exempt RR Classic, shortened to 90". S3 front end and rear end based on a Defender 90. Well tuned V8, 4spd manual, bucket seats etc. Dash board electrics work, externals don't. Few other bits and pieces required for MOT. The price is rock bottom, the only problem is storage/working space until it gets MOT'd.
Do you think it's a good project (has been built by senior mechanic from an LR main dealer), or should I go for a rot box £500 RR classic that needs lots of welding to get throuogh it's test
