im assuming you mean the P38 (1995-2002) in which case the facelift was in 2000 i think, clear indicator lenses and clear oval centres to fog lam,p lenses! theres other differences im sure but of the top of me head i cant remember!
i have an HSE and i looked through the owners manual when i got it, it says the vogue comes with extra airbags and/or side impact bars but no cd changer like the HSE has! this is thought odd as it should come with everything as it top of range!
i would rather have CD player but im sure you could fit one in a vogue if the wiring is present.....
