hey everyone thought id intoduce myself. im shane im 18 and have recently bought myself a 1995 300tdi defender 90. land rover are the only thing for me cars are rubbish, you cant go wrong with a beastly old land rover.

insurance probably isnt too bad, i was 18 when i bought my TD 90 (couldnt afford a tdi, hence the earlier comment!!) and in my own name, with no no -claims, it was £1450. Sounds like a lot but for your first year driving its not bad, they wanted £2k when I tried to switch my old 1.25 fiesta from my mums name into my own!
