searched for this and can only really find mod ideas, just need to know how to remove standard bumper???

if I missed a guide somewhere etc a link would be great. Pics would be great!!

Just undo bolts till it falls off

undo all two of them then,
it'll drop off then

give them a squirt of wd40 a day or two before though as they do get really tight

Don't forget to disconnect the wiring to the lights first, if fitted.

ignore all the above ! find a nice big old tree get yerself a nice long chain, now fasten one end of the chain to the tree and the other end to your bumper. now slap the accelerator to the floor and hold on tight, you should hear a bit of a bang and a metalic clunking sound that will be the bumper seperating from the vehicle. dead simple really all ya gotta do then is unchain the tree and throw the bumper and chain in the back of ya landy and go home minus a fitted rear bumper

you also need to unbolt the corner caps from the rear body panel and there should be 2 brackets with 2 bolts on each bracket IIRC.

It was 1 piece on rear. the front is where you have to undo that for corners.

On me 200tdi it was bolted at the rear anorl. (3door)

okay, im still learning. You guy's whatch out for my 1 off custom front bumper. lol If it works...

I just took mine off, there are two brackets with captive nuts on them, one on each chassis rail, so two bolts disconnect the lights and it's off.

If the captive nut weld breaks like it did with mine, remove the lights and the end caps... this will expose a couple more bolts on the same brackets at right angles. you can attack these bolts from each end of the bumper with a bunch of extensions on your socket wrench.

Have WD40 and a blowtorch at hand, and keep the bumper to cut up as patches for welding back on the holes you'll find..!
