We have a 2012 110 XS and would like to remove the two rear seats. Can anyone help explain how this can be done please?

If they are the two lock and fold rear seats I'll drive over take them out and vac the car out and wash it for you if I get to keep the seats!!!

Mr esm told me off for saying you could keep the seats. He says we might need to refit them again at some point.
