Nice work John, quiet day at the office?

Watch for paint reaction if you're going to paint over the Hamerite. You'll need a special primer on first.

Ask me how I know that:doh:

Cheers

Chris

lol , cheers chris! it will be a while before she gets any paint but I will keep it in mind.

I spent a while today trying to get the door back on. I had to re-tap out the holes in the plate inside (loose) to m8 as I found some really nice m8 allen headed countersunk bolts to use.

its a real fooker to hold the top plate in place when yer arm is too big to fit inside that part of the door and hold the massive door and get the fookin bolts lined up and in but I got it in and on and it to close but I had to use some change to shim it out to close and adjust the catch so I will be making some packers up next to week to shim it out properly me thinks.

Oh what fun lol

still at least it was close!!! :D
