just the one, the other holes are probably drill holes which were done to balance the flywheel how are you trying to set up tdc.

I rotated the flywheel until the locking pin fitted and when I checked the pump the locking hole was 180 degrees out of position. I then loosened the flywheel locking pin and continued to rotate the flywheel until the pin locked in again and then the pump locking hole was now in the right place (about 11 oclock as you look at the pump sprocket)
