Looking to update the inside of my 85 90, how many of the later car parts will just bolt on?
I am looking at dash, door cards, seats etc....
Oh and if any folks are looking at selling some bits, please let me know

Pretty much everything is interchangeably up to the TD5 dash, although this too can be fitted with a small adaptation. Unfortunately it is a lot more complex to fit a Puma (TDCI) dash and ancillaries. If we're wanting the new puma dash then I would suggest you fit a TDCI bulkhead, this would make things so much more simpler. Personally, Im not a fan of the puma cab, very cramped and plastic looking. I much rather prefer the 200tdi and early 300tdi set up, nice and simple with plenty space!

Thanks agree on the dash part, first job is new seats and maybe door cards.
I do like the newer style rear bumper which is also a rear step, can the exterior parts just bolt on from newer versions ?

Yes all the interior is pretty much interchangeable. You can also fit the rear bumper step, I too have been searching for a used one as £150 is just tooooooooo much for a new one at this time of year!

Second hand is your best bet, You may get lucky and get one for about £120

Gumtree and maybe try a few other landrover forums. Take your time and you'll pick one up for the right money.

The genuine receiver type NAS step with all in one chassis support bars will fit an earlier vehicle but requires shimming out due to the different chassis widths.
