got a tad of a chest infection i cant seem to shacke it :mad: been ny on 2 weeks now :mad::(
spent the whole weekend fishing and coughing me guts up both nights :(.

well without using any of the usual tricks I have just done 90 secs - bloke in the FS used to do nearly 4 minutes

When you is over 60 don't have to prove a thing. You young pups have a go at it.

Navy skills swim test to pass a minimum is 3 minutes and I pased but was 19 at the time and was a scuba diver. 42 years ago diving since 16, haven't done any in 20 yrs
 
right - spend the next 5 minutes taking very slow very deep breaths in and slowly out

then hold your breath
