only 1200 quid more than it's worth. I'm about 8miles from thornbury, might arrange to go view it. just so i can tell him what a muppet he is..

+1 on the chassis looking good for a 95 plate. EGR blanked off, so been owned by someone with more than a vague interest.

Im pritty sure 95's didnt have EGR's. Could be original

depends when it was rolled.

might have been rolled in 99 and left sitting since , now that values are increasing on parts hes splitting it out rather than scrapping it hence chassis looks good.

1500 quid sounds like a typical farmers price for a barn find..... a land rover series 1 once sold for 60 grand so i want 10 grand for this pile of scrap despite the 60k unit being mint.

I've learned something there

Mine is a 96, so I guess one of the first to be fitted with an EGR

I don't know about Defenders, but 95 Discos had EGRs

It is Dan Cuff, he runs a Landy sales on the A38 near Thornbury, and has a rep for selling overpriced tat with major problems. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to register very highly on his lis of business skills.
