Hi everybody, Can anyone help.
I"ve got a problem with the drivers door lock on my Freelander and after getting great advice from one amongst you now need to remove the door handle. My question is, do I have to drill out the rivets and remove the interior door handle before removing the exterior door handle? It would make life so much easier if I didn"t have to, and secondly if I do have to remove the interior handle do I simply re-rivet it when replacing it?

3 or 5 door? latch has to be removed first but its all just bolted on, no rivets. on the 5 door you need to remove the 2 right hand glass guide bolts so it can move around to assist the removal of the latch.
