Changing my 08 a4 for a landrover discovery d3

It will be the cheap tax age but can you all tell me what to look out for when buying a 2005-2006 discovery diesel tdv6

All information would be superb and helpful. Also mileage is there anything to look out for?

I had a disco 3 for a while and it was a great car..... However,
Look out for a full service history.
Check that the air suspension rises and lowers evenly - if the pump is going then it may lift quickly at the back and slowly at the front.
Check the electronic handbrake - sometimes locks on and you have to reverse to get it off.
Finally make sure the fuel filler cap releases - mine broke 4 times and involved breaking the cover off and then getting land rove to replace it.

was a very clean 70k fully stocked hse at lookers swf, ford dealer, about 17.5 k if i remember, full service history etc.
 
hello mate ongar bridge may be worth a look i got my d2 from there great service and there cars come with a years warrenty and only down the road from you thanks mike
 
Check out the disco3 forum, loads of stuff on there, and really nice bunch too... i spent many hours on there when i had mine, and in fact still spend many hours on there ;)
