hiya my freelander keeps loseing power and really flat. when i start it in morning it drives fine then loses power but if i turn it off i get my power back for about 5secs where do i start does any 1 no plz help

Check the intercooler hoses for splits etc especially the long hose on the drivers side (uk) which rubs through on the plastic inlet fixing bracket. Could also be a faulty MAF, try running with it unplugged if it runs OK then the MAF is probably the problem. Plenty more info if you use the search facility.
