My 1998 Range rover is running rich, when it it was MOT'ed, there are no warning signs on the dashboard, could the Heated Oxygen sensors be faulty??

Yes they could, along with a myriad of other things. Oh, Hi by the way.............

Hi, yup i need to get it plugged into a test machine for any fault codes... But RR dealer is V V over charging 138 + vat .. Paul

hows air filter, plugs? Also a normal obd2 kit will see the o2 sensor and its readings. Also easy obd and a cheap elm 327 box off ebay will see most of the engine ecu. Thats what i use to clear the miss fire codes brought on by the lpg kit playing up!

New Air Filter, new plugs, the old ones was half tan and half blacked??? Fresh Oil, etc.. BTW live in Hornchurh, Essex.

my mate plugged in his MAC Tool gizmo, fault code p1158 came up.. The book says its the H O2 Sensor on banks 4,5,6 so can i get away with replacing only 1 of the sensors??
