hi im a newbie here just wanting some advice been looking at a disco 2 td5 or the disco 3 new shape heard abit about the new ones what can go wrong its puttin me off abit lol what are your thoughts on what to get want somthing i can work on my self and not speding alot at garage all time thanks rob

Pick your battles.
For example I’m not too savvy with the sorts of electrics you’d find in a D3/RRS and my last Landrovers leaked, so I chose a basic model with (slightly) less computers and no sunroof - there’s half the problems I can’t solve eradicated to start.
