Is everything tight? Is there diesel in the tank? Does it turn over on the starter motor?
Also try posting this in either the defender or TD5 section, you're more likely to get constructive replies over there ;-)

I had a cotton bud do there cleaning it out. Ive ordered the genuiene landrover ones so i think the best thing i can do is try them.

I had a similar problem with my van and that needed a new injector bracket as one was damaged during the fitting of the new seals. I would imagine it is leaking from somewhere near where the work was done so will need checking again. The problem when you start doing stuff in that area is it can disturb something else and you end up chasing problems.

Good luck!
