The garage has a responsibility to you for these faults. your part ex was a separate deal to you buying the landy so its irrelevant whether they still have your Honda or not.
Landy ownership is one long puzzle of warnings and issues but the rewards are good. Just don't let them get you down. It would be much less hassle if you get it back to the supplying dealer for your fixes.
