Great to be a member. I have one of the best Range Rovers I have owned, The Freelander 2.
I am thinking of fitting a dash cam.Does anyone know if I can tap a power link from the o/h light to power a cam ?

Welcome !
Sorry to be picky but to avoid jibes you need to differentiate between RR & Freelander, or perhaps it was just a typo & you meant to say LR.
Best place to start is the Freelander sub-section.

Heard someone else refer to a "Range Rover Freelander" a week or so back. Is it an "upmarketing" ploy?

I lost the plot with names when the new Freelander became the Discovery Sport which is a stretched RR Evoque....
