Hi, I'm Mark and I'll be picking up a 1996 300TDI Disco SX next week, from a landyzone member I believe.

I look forward to joining in the banter and learning more about my Disco.

I'll be running it on my home brew biodiesel and I'm sure there's a good number on here that are doing the same.

I'll post some pictures once I've picked it up.

Not in a nasty thieving way but if it's shiney he will have it away so he can look at it from his burrow!!!

I picked it up today, 440 mile round trip and a breakdown on the way back.

Well breakdown is a bid harsh, the engine cut out a few times but the guy I brought it from drove out and put a new lecy connector on the stop solinuid and all was well after that.

So my first drive of a Disco and it broke down, but I'm not put off, far from it, I love the thing already :D

Ah yes, Head Womble would like to say Hi to Carl.
Not to many shiny bits on the Disco :(

I'm having problems up loading photos to my PC (bloody windows 8, I hate it),
I'll have another go tomorrow.
