I have a 1999 p38 i have play in my steering i don't no if it normal it has been like this since i have had it. just wondering if it could be the steering box i have adjusted it no change all joints are fine any help would grate

Mine was the same when I bought it, after checking that all joints were sound I adjusted the steering box (details in the RAVE manual) which transformed the car. Do not over-tighten or you'll knacker the steering box.
