hi im hoping someone on here knows the answer got 97 disco afew months ago she wouldnt start on the last turn of the key the local expert said it was summat to do with the green box in the passenger footwell so bypassed it ran a wire from battery to switch in cab then to starter alls well.then this week centrall locking started playin now it dont work at all of fob and theres a warning light flashing on the dash wich i could live with.but the the irritaiting bit is wen the hazards start flashing on there own wen driving around

Your so called "green box" is the alarm/central locking ecu, sounds like your "local expert" has been playing around with it as that is where your problems lie including the activation of the crash inertia switch.. so go back and see them.. but then do they know what they are doing.
Also check you don't have a duff fob battery.
