Correct.

When you take the key out of the ignition, can you lock the car with the fob, and unlock it ? ( do it inside the car, just in case ).

If so, when you put the key in the ignition and turn it to position II, do all the dash light illuminate and the fuel pump run ?.
 
Just to show what I did to keep my eye on my battery voltage.

Are you on your own ?.

You may not want too, ( dont know how badly you want to get on your way !! ), but you could lay under the car, just behind the drivers side front wheel, and with part of the jack handle, tap the solenoid on the started motor.
