I was under my l322 having a poke round per mot test and found a cable wrapped up round the rear splash guard facing back towards the exhaust. I think it has a yellow outer cover with a push connector on the end in black.

It's on the drivers side and is about 5mm thick any help would be appreciated.

It's for summat you int got on yours. Otherwise it'd be plugged in?? :doh:

Yellow wires are usually to do with SRS?

Is this at the front of the car? Because if it is, it sounds like the cable to one of the front crash sensors. If that's what it is, then it could be your Safety Restraint System (SRS) is not working. I'd be suspicious that the car has been in an accident if that is the case

No it's at the back drivers side a black push connector yellow wire if it's srs where should it go then?

its the tyre pressure sensor wire, nothing to worry about.

Has it been unplugged or is it just there for a vogue se as opposed to a vogue?
