Hi,Can someone please help me.

I have a Freelander 2 HSE 2007 we we used it on the "snow" setting on Thursday just to get it off a works car park then returned the setting back to normal road use to drive the rest of the way. We parked it up in normal mode and left it overnight. But since then every time we start the car it defaults back to the snow setting so we have to turn it off every time? I've read the manual and can't see anything about resetting it etc...

Is there something I can do or is it a costly LR job?

Thanks,

possibly a relay has stuck, try disconnect of the battery for five minutes.
Thanks for this help. I did this today. then started the car and it was in normal mode! yippee!! But then the next time I stopped it and started it it was back in Snow mode!!!

I also have Terrain Response on my FL1, it's so advanced that it interfaces with my body directly and uses my own blood to power it. It's called my fecking foot.

the next likely cause is a tired battery, probably only producing 12.2 volts when a new one would give out 12.8 or more, try starting it using jump leads or boost start to see if this makes the difference.

Fantastic, never though you could lock it into 50/50 drive for front and rear wheels, as in sand mode, just using your blood.
