Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the spigot bush out of the rear prop shaft on a 300tdi?

Check these out. I don't have one, I fecked about using large sockets and washers and hard work, but if I still had me pold Disco I'd have, especially at that price, one now!

Took mine out last week. Use a hub socket and a long 'n' strong m8 bolt with a bunch of washers and a nut above them. Centralise the socket over the spigot. Screw in the m8 bolt until it stops. Then wind down the nut and it will pull the spigot out.

Note: cheap m8 bolts and nuts will be destroyed. Buy the best you can get.

Presuming you mean the bush, rather than the spigot ( which I think you do ), Then....... Bread !!! as shown here being done to a pilot bush.........
