hi all first post,
I startted taking the boot floor out of my Disco 1 today owend the car for one week. I am going to buy the replacement main floor pannel as the side arnt that bad and can be patched. My question is that once i took the old foor out i had to remove the floor suports as thay were rotten, Could i make new one out of box section or plate and does any one have the dimentions for this. Thanks Andy

welcome. those supports are usually a bent chanel? dont see why they cant be made out of anything you fancy, or have to hand, but then again, i dont know the in and outs of disco floors. doubtless someone will show up with a pocket of knowledge and tell me to fuk off. all the best with that then, glad to have been no use at all :D

series or defender crossmembers are similar and still available maybe need cutting to fit but good start
