Hi all
I am fitting new front seats to my 110. The new seats have narrower and shorter rails. My concern is that they would not clear the removable plates on the seat box for battery and same on drivers side. I won't have the vehicle with me to measure for 3 weeks and need to do some planning. Can one of you kind folk get the tape measure out and give me the necessary clearances- ie length and width of the removable plates?

My seat rail fixings are: 28cm front to back and 34cm width apart- much smaller than the standard rails.

Sorry to be a pain in the arse!

Under seat plate in my 90 is 230 x 430mm

Good news! Much appreciated Lynall. I am assuming plate is same size driver and passenger sides.

Yes i think so only the middle one is a different width from memory.
You best double check different parts numbers for all three bits!

Pretty certain the battery access cover is a different size to the fuel tank one.

Can't measure for you sorry - am 440 miles away from my Landy tonight...oh, and the cover under the passenger seat is missing

Yeah, just seen pics of mine all stripped at bodyshop and battery lid is significantly bigger than drivers side- bugger!

Drivers side one on mine is 330mm wide.
