Hi there, I am new to this site and would welcome some advice on my 1995 Range Rover 2.5 DSE.

I have a problem with it starting when it has been running say for 30 miles. If I stop the engine it will not start again for about 10-15 mins, although on a shorter run say 5 miles it does not do it. Has anyone got any suggestions please.

Cheers

could possibly be you fuel filler vent is blocked and causing a vacuum in the fuel tank, take it out for a long run. stop the engine, if it dont start then undo the fuel filler and try again:D

Hi Gegs

Thank you for your responce, I tried that but it seems as if something must be overheating because if I let it cool down for 10 mins it starts again.

Look for the hot start fix, lots of threads on this.:D

Thanks Data, it does not look like an easy job, looking on the threads you have to take the battery off and I dont have the code lol.
