after many many years loyal service my ham international MAJOR as finally died on me.
so does anyone know to a good cb rig doctor in the midlands to take it to be repaired?

There is one in notts, somewhere forgot there name no tho look in yell.com

When you find one post it on here, I have two in a cupboard that need repair

It's Kirton Lindsey in Lincolnshire bit far for you. have you tried CB Radios, CB Radio & 2 Way Radio Specialists - THUNDERPOLE it's a CB forum hosted by thunderpole cb shop. very helpful chap runs it and they do mailorder if you can't get yours sorted

You got any idea what's up with it?

Symptoms?

Output transistors are usual suspects and audio chips.

These are easy enough to replace.

aint got a clue but,it seems to falling on deaf ears and as vgone deaf itself,all lights up, channels all there
