Hi, I have a 98 disco 1 The ABS light is on all the time, it started when I did some hard brakeing on ice earlier this summer lol!!!

Anyway I have removed 3 wheel sensors, cleaned them and put them back. Found one wheel bearing was a little loose so tightend and greased and cured.
Last wheel sensor passengers side rear will not move? any ideas also if that is the problem do I have to get it re-set or could I have already cured the problem and just need it re-set?

Any help appreciated.

THanks Steve

If the problems fixed the light will go out, it doesn't stay on with a logged fault only an active one. Soak the sensor in wd40 leave it for a while then use a blunt instrument (I used a chisel) and leaver it out gently.
Have you done the blink test in order to read the fault codes yourself?

Mines on all the time too, according to the garage its the front passenger sensor so that needs fixed at some point soon

I'm just ignoring it as thats the cheapest option
