Hi all,
I have just joined so I thought I should introduce myself.
I am 21 and living in Leicestershire.
I'm currently in the market for my first Land Rover! I am looking at getting a Disco 1 for a bit of green laning and something to fiddle with.
I drive an 08 Golf GTI which (thankfully) doesn't require much repair work and even if it did I strongly suspect it would be out of my depth!!
My dad has a Defender 110 which has definitely given me the 'bug' for Land Rovers. I did have to borrow it for a week last year when my previous Golf broke down (which seems a bit ironic!) and was brilliant fun despite me trying to drive it on the M1 to work with what turned out to be a disconnected waste gate actuator ... It was not fast!
